Sessions are 60 or 90 minutes done on a massage table or massage chair, dependent on the client’s needs. Since oil is not used, the client remains fully clothed. Loose, comfortable clothing is best. In preparation for the session, do not be overfull from a meal, nor hungry from lack of food.
In the introductory session an intake form is filled out and the needs of the client are discussed. All introductory sessions are arranged through phone contact. Subsequent sessions can be scheduled by phone, text, or email.
Where interest is expressed, I also teach Qigong movements and intentional awareness as ways to maintain and achieve balance and health on a daily basis.
Fees: 60 min session $80.00/90 min session $110.00
